Hi
Could anyone let me know why a solicitor would advice me to drop my economic loss entitlement and pursue pain and suffering only. I have been adviced by him to stay on workcover instead of persuing a damages settlement at court. I have a serious injury certificate stating i am entitled to seek damages for both. Any answers would be very must appreciated
